Refund policy

At Topstak , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging (including all manuals and accessories).

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items that have been installed or used (e.g., grills that have been fired up).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at miaboni9888@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of the return shipping or arrange for a collection.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. For grills and heavy equipment, please document any damage to the packaging before signing for the delivery.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, send us an email at the address below.
